Refund policy

Returns
We do not offer refunds but we can exchange you item if you're not satisfied after 7 days of purchase. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Our exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase and you have not contacted us, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to fleekyalash.fyl@gmail.com along with your order number and full name.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
